How do I find my size?

To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in. This can be found directly on the respective product page or in the sizing guide here.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover). You can also use Apple Pay and Shop Pay as an express checkout option.

Can I pick up an order or drop off a return from your New York location? 

At this time, we are unable to accept any direct pick-ups or drop-offs.

What courier providers do you use?

All orders in the U.S. are shipped via USPS or UPS.
International orders are shipped via DHL.

Can I use a PO box for my delivery address?

No, we do not ship to PO boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Rally ships internationally. The shipping fee can be selected at checkout.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs polices and import duties differ from country to country.

Can multiple orders be combined?

Yes. Orders with the same name and shipping address will typically be sent in one package.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard domestic shipments usually take 4-5 business days to arrive. International shipments typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables.

How do I exchange or return an item?

We are happy to exchange any product in stock. To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions located on our Shipping & Policies page. 

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping.

I placed a successful order; why have I not received a confirmation email?

If you placed a successful order, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after one hour, please contact us to confirm the status of the order.

I just placed an order; can I cancel it?

Yes, please send us an email with your request to cancel the order and your order number to store@rallyrd.com.

Can I edit or modify my order after it has been placed?

Yes. As long as the order hasn't shipped, you can contact us to request a modification to the order. You will receive a notification email with the modification and a shipping notification with tracking information once the order ships.

I've used the incorrect shipping address; how do I change it?

Please contact us immediately with your correct address information to our email: store@rallyrd.com. Once the order ships, we are unable to make any edits to your shipping address.

I received a notification saying my package was delivered but I can't find it. What do I do?

Sometimes smaller packages are delivered to the mailbox. If you received a notification that a package has been delivered but it can't be found, its best practice to wait one day. If the package is still not found, please contact us by email and we will fill out a claim with the courier on your behalf.

What are your store hours and location?

Due to COVID-19, the Rally Showroom is currently closed. Our flagship is located at 250 Lafayette Street.
