Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories for free. Orders going to Canada and the rest of the world will have an additional shipping cost calculated at checkout. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Standard shipping (1 to 5 business day transit). Please note that order processing may take up to 3 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Return Policy
Returns on items are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. To return an item follow the directions below:
For returns:
1- For a full refund or exchange, return the item to our showroom or contact us by email at store@rallyrd.com. Please include the order number in your communication.
2- You will receive a pre-paid shipping label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to you package and take the package to a drop-off location. Returns are free of charge.
Late Returns
Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
